We have had previous experience with weekly pool service that seemed like a waste of money as they only seemed to come and skim the pool and change the chlorine…..all in 10 minutes. When we started to have trouble with algae we hired Golden Bear. Brian the owner does all the work and really cares about what he does. He looked at all of our equipment to make sure it was running properly and found a leak. He came by twice in one week to check the levels and scrub the pool. All while keeping his prices down. So glad I came to yelp to find this company….he deserves the business.
I have been using Brian for years in multiple homes throughout the valley. Excellent service and very reliable. Pricing is great and I would recommend for any type of pool needs.
Brian is awesome! We have a large old pool (44,000 gallons) that he has kept in sparkling condition. Brian is friendly and dedicated. He responds quickly to any questions or concerns we have and we are very happy with the service we have gotten from him, would recommend him to anyone looking for a good pool guy.
A pool company does make a difference. I recently switched after 10 years with the same pool guy. The former guy got lazy. What a difference! I have two labs that swim year round so they shed a lot. I would always see hair even after the pool guy came, nuts. Not anymore! Can’t believe the difference. Plus he even plays w the dogs!!! It’s like having a pet sitter once a week. If you want a great looking pool year round you need to switch to Golden Bear! And he was $10 cheaper a month! That’s a new dog toy! Dogs win again!!
Brian is Great!!!!! Our previous pool service had let our pool look more like a swamp, literally SO DIRTY. I called Golden Bear and he stopped by later that day and worked on our pool until 7pm and when he left the pool was so much cleaner. 24 hrs later crystal clear!! He also followed up the next day to make sure we were pleased. Can not say enough good things about the service we received.
